Refund policy

We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

To start a return, email us at store@joyfulreading.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number

If your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method or ship a replacement—your choice.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
